Jaysus, Brian! Thankfully my arse is nothing like that - if ‘twas, I’d not be able to keep my hands off it.

And I’d be a bit concerned about attending ride outs for fear of others thinking similarly. Nooooo... I’m quite content with my hairy, dimpled and wrinkled cheeks encased in Rukka textiles, thanks.

But, to get at least a bit closer to the OP, have you considered lederhosen, mackem? They certainly seem to fit most of your criteria?

The Hairy Bikers seem to like them, ISTR.:nusenuse:

I can’t recommend anything from personal experience, but I’m pretty sure Held make some straightforward ‘old school’ style leather trousers, but with pockets for armour. Leg length is provided for by the simple means of supplying them very long and being cut to the desired length by the customer. Leather doesn’t fray, but I think I’d want to have a hem sewn all the same. It might be worth taking a look at their range as, in my experience, they make good quality gear at relatively reasonable prices.

Hideout in Essex hand make a variety of leather trousers. I had a made to measure pair made a couple of years ago as ive got skinny chicken legs, Kate measured me up and I admit the first few times I wore them I thought I had made a mistake but she knew best as now they are broken in they are perfect, I can easily wear them for 12 hours and not notice ive got them on. They also do their own off the peg, plus they make a lot of the police gear etc. Can recommend giving Kate a ring.
