I have bought a 2nd bike that had good panels as a donor for my bike. I have complete set sitting on the shelf should I ever need them.

Not really, Bike cost £1200, It was a Cat C with 40k on it. I dropped my bike mid 2015 at slow speed and damaged the top fairing and side fairings on the RHS. Was expecting to get panels of eBay no problem. In the end it took 6 months for parts to come up and if I recall it cost me about 500 quid for a pair of side panels and a complete top fairing. It was the time it took which was the PIA. I only had the 1 bike at the time so was effectively off the road. Ended up getting a VFR12 but that's another story.
My 2nd RC36 as well as being a donor for fairing panels I am doing an RC30 type conversion on it. So will use the frame and engine as the basis for that.

Aha. Or you could always sell it to the “street fighter “ crowd although personally I think they look shit. When I was breaking these a frame was about £9 scrap, mixed alloy and an engine about £14. Mixed metal.

I have to get the rear fairings sorted on mine. The rear light just bounces around and is barely being held in at this stage. It's so bad I barely ride the bike anymore and use my Deauville more and more.

I've been keeping an eye on ebay but there's nothing going on there.

What are you looking for ?
The rear fairing panels are healthy apart from where they join the rear light assembly so I always keep an eye out for rear fairing panels which are in proper order in that area. Unfortunately, they never seem to turn up...

Yeah there's the two main side panels, then there's, I think three pieces which make up the rear light assembly. I have them all but the tabs to hold them together are broken so the rear light flops around and is dangerous at this point. My bike is a 97 green model.

Fabio, I have a rear fairing in black - wrong colour I know, but you could paint? I replaced it after a crash a few years ago, but I don't think the rear light area would have been affected at all. Let me know if you're interested and I'll have a look in the garage.

that one piece tail section looks quite interesting,I find it a real faff taking the rear section apart and am scared that I will break a tab off

I needed a couple of panels for my 1994 750. Repair quotes were extortionate, so I decided to continually search eBay and eventually I managed to get what I required, in the right colour too. Took months though ,but worth it.

I have a 93 Vfr750fp bike with the older fairings I like the tail end of the newer bikes and especially the one price on on polly (thanks for that post) dose anyone know if these are interchangeable between these models ? Or is the interface with the tank and frame different?
